As I'm gearing up for my post Mardi Gras diet--I've gathered an uncomfortable amount of extra "me" around the middle, I found this article on sugar. Maybe it's a little too detailed, but it supports my caution on non-diet soft drinks and reading labels for sugar, the hidden kinds, such as salad dressings for the salads we generally think are "thin" food.
