Hey guys,

i'm kind of newly registered here. I thought i'd say hello, i've been reading (lurking  ::) ) for a while on and off, you guys seem like a cool bunch of people. Anyhows i live in the land of the U.k... it's been snowing the deepest i've seen in a good few years here... so it's pretty cold!

i'm pretty bad at introductions, so yea... hello!

hey out:  welcome 2 the sly fraternity.  glad that ya joined us.  i just moved your "topic" in the INTRODUCTIONS section of the forum.  it's gr8 2 C a new member from across the pond.  we have many members from the UK.  post up your head shaving routine in the HEADSHAVING section of the forum:  ("your shave routine").  we hope that U become an active member of the best forum on the internet. Whoa.. thanks for the fast responses! and the warm welcome! When i wrote my post i was reading a few others (in the wrong section...ooops hehe) i was kind of vague!

I'm 28 or so (closing in on 29), and yea, i do shave my head but only with clippers (with no guard). It's kinda a long story, but i was around 21 when i first started losing my hair (at that point in time i had hair half way down my back :-\ ), then cut it down to grade 4, then 2... thing was though at that point i think i was more aware of it than anyone! Though now it's more obvious, so i have to learn to embrace it (i think ive pretty much embraced it myself, but alot of people i know haven't). But yea, i've been shaving it for 7 years or so... however i still have tendency to wear hats, which i need to stop doing or less, cos it kinda makes it more obvious... i have to learn to stand proud like you guys! And the hard part i've already done, in shaving my melon! so i shouldn't be as self concious as i feel sometimes.

Again though, thanks for those responses guys, and warm welcomes, i hope this paves in as an ok introduction ( i have a tendency to warble on, without touching the subject im suppose to!  ^-^ )

I also forgot to say... i don't actually have any pictures of me just with a shaved head ( i always avoided the camera, even when i was much younger!) I do have a few old old pics of me when i had hair, and a couple of me with a hat on  ::) , but none with just my shaved head. I'll try and see if i can get one up at somepoint ( i don't have a digital camera atm) but i will try!
