I want to introduce myself!

I am 23 years old and my hairline has been receding for the past year. I stumbled upon this website the other day and reading through the posts and looking at everyone's photo I was inspired to completely shave my head. I'll be honest, I was nervous. I was shaking as I ran the clippers over my head. I wasn't shaking as much when I went over it with my mach3 razor, but I did manage to cut myself in a couple spots. Anyway... I did it! My head is a little numb and it feels weird, but I can definitely see myself getting used to this.

You guys seem alright, so I'm thinking I'll stick around. =]

hey optimistic.  I have had hair thinning for the past 4 years, and just like you said looking at everyone's photo insprised me to shave it off.  I hope you keep your head shaved for a long time.  I have done that for close to 5 months now and each day I love it more than the previous day.  welcome to slybaldguyz
