at my grandmas house. I started reading one of her old school magazines that she puts by her toilet. It was like a Reader's Digest kind of thing but not quite the same. I'll read anything to pass the time in there, so I got into it for a little while. It was some dating stories and a young girl brought home a guy who shaved his head completely bald. It didn't go into any more detail than that. But the father of this young girl, who sported the horseshoe himself, forbid his daughter to date anyone who was bald. She went on to say he how sweet and funny he was but no matter what she said her dad wouldn't allow it. It finished and I assume she never dated him again from the way it ended. I normally wouldn't have thought twice about this section but that baffles me. He should have been more accepting of it I would have thought. Maybe I should find out who the father is and tell him about this site. Just thought I'd share that because I thought it was pretty interesting. There were some other good ones but that one stood out the most for obvious reasons.

I used to play guitar on the toilet. The best riffs are discovered on the john.
The view of shaved heads from the older generation is another thing that confuses me as well. I guess it just comes down to exposure. People are afraid of things they're not around.

Agree...I could never figure out why anyone would read or spend anymore time in the head than was necessary....

It seems the older you get the longer it takes to leave the library. I keep a basket full of magazines by the throne. One a good day I may only thumb through. Some days War & Peace!

Then again...like my eating habits thread....I read while on the throne myself. I hate it sometimes when i really got to go and my wife has cleaned the newspapers off the table, You pass "the" table on your way to the bathroom, then i have to make detour to go find something. The other day I grabbed the shampoo bottle and read it. Im serious guys, I have this thing about reading stupid sh*t. WHY?

no idea.
