New guy here from Dallas.  As you may be able to tell from my user name, I am and old kook skater (skateboarder) from California now by way of Dallas.

My hair has been falling out for about 20 years, very slowly and in a pattern that befuddles even me!  I took to shaving my hair about 10 years ago - starting with a #4, eventually getting down to my second set of clippers and a #0. 

This past summer, I decided to take my fusion razor and go to the skin.  It's been alright but occasionally I get deluded and think about trying to grow back what I've shaved off.   :-\

I currently work from a remote office and don't see my associates on a daily basis.  When I showed up at a work-related function this past November, I received several compliments on my "new look" including that I looked younger.  I'm still not sure if folks are being polite or they mean it, though I prefer to think the latter.

I've found it's easier to shave my head than my face... I guess because I've got more hair on my face.  Anyway, I'm glad I found this place.  Seems pretty cool.

Thanks for the warm welcome.  This seems like a great forum and it's nice to get the support of other bald guys that get it and aren't worried about it.
