Regularly in Scotland but the best I ever had was in Stockholm, Sweden. Went to this buffet restaurant where you chose your own raw food and they cooked it on a hot plate right in front of you and gave you it back on a clean plate.

There's a couple of "Mongolian Barbecue" places like that nearby... I love them. I love Chinese food, and eat it about once a week.
A buddy of mine recently started dating a Thai girl, and she came over my place and cooked real Thai food for my wife and I... it was amazing.

I've made homemade Chinese before like that, just stir frying chicken and vegetables with a made up sauce. I've created a pretty decent peanut sauce useing peanut butter with soy sauce and with some other spices.

hmm. ill have to try that. just mix peanut butter and soy sauce? haha it sounds like it would be a big sticky salty mess of things. but ill have to try that sometime, because i really like the peanut sauce.

New Year's Day I took the Family, my oldest son that lives on his own and his friend out to one of our favorite Chinese restaurants. man what a feast that was. I ordered these vegetable dumplings that I had never had before and they looked delicious.... but before the Mrs. or I could get one, my two sons and my son's friend polished them off.
So today is both my Mom's AND the lovely Mrs. Koz's birthdays. And I'm taking them both out for Chinese to the same restaurant that we ate at on New Year's. Those vegetable dumplings are high on my list for tonight!
Rumor has it that there may even be Chinese for lunch here at work today.
