Everyone has their time that works for them. The main thing is getting it in!

Walk...a lot. Take the stairs whenever possible. I'm a nurse so walking a lot ain't a problem
Move 300+ lbs patients from one bed to another (use good body mechanics and patience, so you won't kill your back or have any other injuries). Push half-ton beds, with quarter-ton patients in them, around. And for God's sake, avoid the doughnuts!!

I am not working at the moment, but when I was working at Caseys Grillhouse, and you have to do this in any type of restaurant job is hustle. You got to be quick on your feet and have fast hands as well, so I would have to say my excersise was jogging! I was a whiz there!

My work is exercise being a diesel mechanic working on heavy equipment I get lots of exercise. Although I may not be able to go back to work once I heal up will see. For extra exercise I would referee sports for the High School and umpire during the summer. It is great exercise and helps out the youth so the best of both worlds.
