Hello, it can work in the reverse, some look older if they start growing grey facial hair that is the giveway.I have a bit of trouble telling ages by faces , some young ones look older than the older guys. Some do not care about there apearance in relate to there age,Do most of you like to look your best or as long as you are bald is that enough.

I like to look my best from the neck up but I tend to always choose comfort over fashion when it comes to clothing.

Losing weight & losing the horseshoe of hair are two great ways to look younger.

Does that mean you aren't going to try the earring?   :*))

Not anytime soon.

I do not concern myself about "looking older". I try to look the best I can for my age but I am not going to inundate myself with "stop the grey" products for my goatee' as an example. It is truly my belief that if people fear aging it is not an external problem they are dealing with rather an internal emotional problem. Except for an early death growing older is a natural part of life.

I totally agree with you....I have never cared about looking younger or coloring anything gray. I think guys who always want to look younger have other problems somewhere.

That's true. I do get concerned about getting older from a health aspect so I do my best to eat right and so forth because I realize that health choices I make now will affect my quaility of life 20-30 years from now. I do not believe in just letting ones self go so to speak but as far as trying to "look younger" for the sake of vanity is to a degree insanity.

I disagree to a point. I do color my goat sometimes when I am on a quest. The only problem I associate it with is picking up younger chicks. I have tested and the age question only comes up when you have the gray showing.

Do I have internal emotional problems due to ageing..... I think not. I think my issue is I like a nice piece of a@@!  >:D

Some people get obsessed with looking younger and go to extremes (surgery, etc) to achieve their goals.  But let's face it, most of us will make minor adjustments in our appearances -- whether it be how we dress, a haircut, shaving our heads -- if it shaves a few years off our appearances.  Things have to be kept in perspective, of course, but why look older than you have to?

I agree. Nothing wrong with that but as you said there are people who take it to a point of obsession. I think that is unhealthy and stems from an emotional issue.

Hello, I can not see anything wrong with trying to look your best, after a certain age men and women start to look a bit worse for wear.I think if you do nothing about it is a sign you do not care or are that confident that you think you look good

Nothing wrong in looking ones best. However I have seen and know people who are fighting an unwinnable battle against growing older. When a persons every waking moment is taken with trying to "look the best they can" for the sake of impressing others I think that is unhealthy and immature. For example I have alot of grey in my goatee'. I am not going to spend money on coloring products to try to look younger. If someone else wants to do that for themself fine by me. But for me I don't waste alot of time worrying about things like that. As for not doing anything or that one does not care I respectfully disagree. Again I am not talking about just letting one's self or looks without some proper attention. But in the end people are going to get older and being absorbed every moment with trying to "look younger" to me is a sign of a severe lack of self confidence.  That being said if someone chooses to spend alot of their time and money on that go for it. It's your life.  As for me..no need to. VERY happy with who I am.

You will never win the age battle. However; a minor adjustment here and there doesnt hurt. I will now officially confess to having a chin lift 2 years ago; and I will never know why at age 40 I had 3 chins without being that much overweight. No more surgery.

I think the soul patch, shaved head, earring combo. is what really does it for Howie Mandel... if I didnt no better I'd say he looks in his thirties...but then again he has a professional make-up team.
