be careful working out on sore muscles. Ideally--you shouldn't. Working out 6 days a week is a BAD way to build muscle--you'll overtrain yourself and end up LOSING muscle mass, or just burning out on working out in general (or both?). If you want to BUILD muscle, you need to eat a lot and sleep a lot. Muscles are built in the kitchen and in bed, not by working out 6 days a week. If you're trying to BUILD muscle, you should really only workout 3x a week, and you should definitely switch up muscle groups.stronglifts.com guys. If you can't squat 1.5x your body weight at LEAST this should be your bible. Love it. Live it.
