I just fishing to see if there are any other Navy Nukes on this site... Was hoping to try and catch some kind of motivation for getting through the next 6 months of power school, cause I'm in power prep right now and, boom, all motivation down the drain. Anyone ever stationed in Guam? Fast Attack or Carrier? Is the Navy ever going to take her boot out of my @$$ if I stay a nuke? IDK.. Classroom instruction from 0700 to 1600 plus 2 to 5 hours a studying each academic night is starting to get me a little wiggy.

I wasn't a Nuke but my ship had mechanical problems during a WestPac cruise and we ended up in the shipyards in Guam for a couple months in 1970-1971. Not a lot to do there but go to the "Beer Gardens" or "gab gab" beach....
