Hey guys
Just wondering do most people use a mirror when shaving in the shower or do they just go by the feel? I always shave at the sink, which leaves a bit of a mess & takes a rather long time. So, a switch to shaving in the shower is in order.

Absolutely....I forgot to mention that in my last post.....Shave in the hot shower!!! I got a nice fog free one from Wal-Mart that connects inline with the shower head and runs warm water through the back of the mirror to prevent fogging. The lil lady picked it up for me.

I use a mirror. In the past I have shaved my head in the shower without one and do okay, but I am most comfortable with it there. I always have a problem with mine fogging up despite buying fog-free (what a crock). The best thing I can do to fix it is rub a little soapy water on it from my regular bar soap. Keeps it fog free until I am done and then I rinse it off to keep away the buildup.

I have one that I got from Bed Bath and Beyond that works really well. It's rectangular and has a couple holders for your razors.

Try the spit & smear technique -- spit on the mirror and smear it around when you first get in the shower. When you're ready to shave. splash some water on it to rinse... it should stay fog free the entire time you shave.

Had my first head shave in the shower this morning and it felt great.

There is no way that I am going to shave at the sink again. Now why didn't I do this earlier.

I almost always shave in the shower and yes I have a mirror. The only exception is when we are out camping. I shave in the sink in the RV.
I tried shaving in the shower without a mirror a couple of times and didn't do so hot. Got HeadSlick in my eyes and cut my ear! LOL
The soap works well to keep the mirror from fogging up.

For those that go by the feel when shaving the noggin, do ye shave everyday? I would think that it is easier to go by the feel when doing every day rather than every second or third day where there seems to be always something that you missed!

hey irishdeerhunter,,, another awsome way to clean ur mirror to a shine is rub your shaving gel or foam or cream i find the gel works best.. keep it for a minute and rinse..
you will love the way it cleans the mirror...

Everyday and always by feel. If you run your hand against the grain of the hair it's easy to pick up the little stubbies that you miss on a daily routine. Going with the grain you'll never find them at only 24 hours growth.
