By the way Scott, did all the Kroger company stores start letting guys have full but trimmed beards?  I noticed more facial hair at my local QFC (Seattle's Kroger Division).  It used to be that it was mustaches only!  By the way, it is a good look on you!

Thanks Marty!  I've had the earrings since Jan 08 and I think it adds something to my slyness.

Actually Marsh Kroger has never really had a set policy on facial hair for hourly clerks.  Other divisions might have in the past, but the company as a whole has always been pretty open.  In fact, dress codes are pretty open as far as hairstyles and etc goes.  They are rolling out a new dress code for my division (MidSouth) that starts Nov 1 that states that facial hair should be neatly trimmed but doesn't specify what you can or can't have.

The one at the bottom is my personal favorite (the surgical scars are healing/minimized...Not that they were that bad to begin with)
