A young man, who is about to be married, visits his father for some last minute advice before "tying the knot." As he is leaving the father says "Son, here's what you do - go home and ask her to try on your pants..."
So, the son arrives home and says "Honey, I'm home. Can you come here a minute?"
When she arrives, he removes his pants, hands them to her and says "Try these on."
She pulls them up around her waist, but they're way too long, and way too big around the waist - she gives him a strange look and says "They don't fit."
He says "That's RIGHT! *I* am the man of the house and *I*wear the pants in this family, and don't you ever forget it!"
She thinks for a minute, then removes her pants, hands them to him and says "Try these on."
He's only able to get them up as far as his thighs, and no further. He looks at her and says "I can't get into your pants."
She says "That's RIGHT! And as long as you keep that stupid attitude you won't be, either!" -
