Yoga
IRONHORSE:
I don't know if they have it in your area or not, but you might also look into Tai Chi. It's a very gentle, super low impact exercise which does help with muscle tone and flexibility as well. Not that I'm knocking Yoga at all, I've just never done much of the exercise portion of yoga - However - What I've seen on TV a time or 2 looks like some of those yoga exercises can be pretty dang tough :o

I've tried Yoga a couple of times... but I never really could get into it. I've never been too flexible. I know all sorts of people who do it regularly and love it.
I've been told I should give Tai Chi a try.

I'm with you on that. I've had weak joints since childhood and have to be careful with which exercises I choose to do.
It's so much easier to be lazy...

Tai Chi is a great way to loosen up and shape up without putting too much demand on your joints.

I think I am gonna start a Yoga fitness show. We could have all the Sly Bro's in it. What you say boys? We could all wear red and whites.
