Calling all SLY BIKERS.......We need your help

For those of you that are not aware of it Myrtle Beach, South Carolina has hosted an annual Harley Davidson Rally each May and a smaller one in the fall. We also have a second biker rally in May during the memorial day weekend (a.k.a black biker weekend)

During our last rally one lone incident occured that sent our local city council over the edge. They have now passed some of the most ludicrious laws to try and shut down the bike weeks here. The only reason I bring this up is that if what is happening here is allowed to continue it can happen elsewhere.  Guys the sad thing is FREEDOM is in danger. Not only that but alot of local businesses that depend on income during these times will loose a significant amount of revenue. These events rank right up there with Sturgis and Daytona rallies. The entire biker community should not be penalized for the misgivings of a very small unruly bunch of immature Harley or crotch rocket riders.

We have had similar problems here in my town. Every Memorial day for over 20 years we have had the annual AM JAM.....The event is sponsered by the Hell's Angel's although there are not that many of them that show up...maybe 20-40...somewhere in there. The first few years they brought a lot of income into the Village . Lately, because of the constant State Police road blocks the bikers are just not coming off the fairgrounds and the local merchants are not happy because of the loss of revenue. The AM JAM staff have threatened to leave and go somewhere else because of what they feel is harassment by the Police. The State Police has responded by basically saying as long as there are Angel's involved the road blocks will continue despite the complaints.
