eat out!  Made you look!

We used to eat out 3 or 4 times a week, but with the economy and changes in our schedules we have cut way back to maybe once a week or every other week.

As small business owners, we are taking it on the chin right now.  The upside is I have discovered that I can grill steak, chicken or fish just as good as anything we can buy at a restaurant.

We eat out twice a month.  Fast food is fine once in awhile, but nothing beats Mrs. BW's home fixins, especially when she uses the slow cooker or crock pot!

we eat out once to twice a week; usally once at the DIner, the equivalent of a Denny's. It's getting pricey, but it gives u time to chat.

we out way too much.  Seems like for lunch we are always going to get something.  Most of our dinners are at home though...except for the pizza night at Bobe's and that is about every friday night.

We eat out too much.  Probably 3+ times a week.  We need to cut back on that, but it's convenient when we're real busy.   But, it's too expensive and too fattening.   We eat healthier when cooking at home.

with my job i eat out at least once a day. I try to buy food and cook in the room when I can.

When I'm home I cook as much as possible, the only eating out I do there is at my brothers restaurant.

I am pretty lucky right now living a mile from my folks. My Mom cooks dinner EVERY night so I eat there about four or five times a week! I was deprived while in the military for ten years, because my Mom puts most cooks to shame!

DEPENDS on waht you eat....lettuce has a tendency to 'unplug" a person...

At home, usually lunch during the week, and ;maybe once or twice every two weeks.  I like to cook myself, I find it very satisfying to start and complete something within a short time period--my work is almost entirely long term projects.  One thing I've found, since I do cook, I know what has been done right and what has been screwed up--so it eliminates some restaurants.  Never, or almost never, eat fast food.  The exception is on the road--my new job has a lot of "on the road."  Even then, I try to find "fast" food places that give me some chance of not totally screwing my diet.  Dinner on the road can be a challenge-- but I've found some great Japanese restaurants, 'real" Mexican, and on my most recent trip a great Lebonese place with absolutely the best hummus I've ever put in my mouth.

Does going to a bar count?  I mean it is an intake of calories.  If it does 1-3 times/week.  If not 1-2 times/month.
