Hello (now fellow) Slys!
I finally took the plunge and just shaved. After almost 15 years of wearing a "system" (FAKE HAIR!) I decided to do it. Last nite I was a bit nervous, and this AM (with the help of my girlfriend) I took it off, and shaved it.
One of the 1st things I did was take a shower and it felt amazing!
I'm still a bit nervous about meeting people for the 1st time, but am feeling a bit jazzed.
So...just want to thank all of you. You've been truly amazing and supportive and positive and you've helped me change my life. I am psyched to be part of this community and help everyone else who's going through it.
LondonGuy, you're next! You will be psyched to do it, you got my support and everyone else's here!
