Zirh skin care
« on: September 08, 2008, 09:17:09 AM »
Has anyone used the Zirh mens skin care products??  I am looking for a product that will take care of various issues with one bottle.  I understand that's pushing my luck... but, just wondering if there is any product like Matte for men that "kills three birds with one stone"... sun-block, moisturizer, and shine-dome reduction.  My biggest problem are razor bumps.  Thanks!!

I've used the shaving cream and gel - good stuff!

My review on it:
Quote
This stuff smells great!

A nice refreshing change from the menthol scent I've grown accustomed to smelling lately when it comes to shaving gels. I like how the product feels, it has a nice consistency to it and goes on very smooth. My shave didn't render any nicks or cuts but was slightly less lubricated than I expected.

All in all, a nice close shave that felt good and rinsed clean with ease.

iPelon,

Sadly I don't think that one product will be the magic bullet to rid you of the razor bumps.  I'd imagine that your pre-shave ought to include an exfoliant like St. Ives and your post-shave a good astringent like Witch Hazel.  I was having some razor bumps on the back of my head and even though I hate the scent of the Witch Hazel, it seems to be helping.  I'm also a big believer in the ice cube rub or very cold water rinse.  After that any moisturizer you choose (that agrees with your skin) will be fine.

Thanks Tyler... I just ordered two tubes.  I was going to try Matte for Men, but it is too much money for me.  I will give these a try and share my two-cents about it after a couple of weeks of use.  I'm excited!!! !B@

Just wondering... do we get any discounts from them??
