I hesitate to even post this BUT....

I have been asked by my Church to be one of the leaders for the middle school fellowship program for our youth group. I was flattered to be asked and accepted with very little thought.
I'll be working with 6th thru 8th graders. We'll be doing activities together, talk about things that kids that age aren't comfortable talking to their own parents about, and helping to keep kids on the edge from straying off oo the path.
I feel like I have a gift for working with kids, especially boys, and this "calling" comes at just the time I've been praying to find a way to do something with kids that can help them.

I hesitated to post this because I don't want anyone thinking I want a pat on the back....quite the contrary, I like anonymity in these types of these things.
But I'm posting because I think a little prayer, from those so inclined, for me to make good decisions in helping these kids would be a good thing and would help ease my nervousness in taking this challenge.

Should not have hesitated one moment.  We all tackle things in our lives that we need a hand in....and yes prayer to me is a big help....never, never hesitate to ask, especially here on this forum.
