I go the other way, just in the shower, um.... only on the shave routine- No timmayy, don't say it!!
The reason is I usually stand under steaming water to wake myself up before I do anything, then I lather and shave first. Just something about being able to run a soapy wash rag over a smooth dome - Shut-up Timmayy
And if you are like me and naturally hot, try some Axe bodywash called "shock". It has this cooling stuff that is awesome
