Because eventually that's what happens when you have plugs.  You continue to lose hair and there isn't enough hair left in the donor area to do more transplants.  Do a Google search on his name and there's a ton of stuff on his transplants.  He's got to be one of the most famous hair transplant recipients ever.  I couldn't find any real close-up photos on the web, but take a good look at that  hairline sometime.  It's obviously fake.

Hahah Razor did you see at the end of the DNC when they had like 40 people on stage?  It was raining confetti and it kept landing and sticking to Biden's bald spot.  He had to keep ungraciously pulling it all off so it wouldn't stick and pile up.  Hilariously Epic.  You can't be serious though that that comb over looks better than some plugs.
