Package of Hershey's Bliss Dark Chocolate, bowl of peppermints, several flavors of Extra gum, Creme Savers hard candy, and bags of green tea.

I'm stash-free these days, because if I have anything on hand, the temptation is usually too much to resist.  Sometimes I keep a box of Myoplex protein bars in my desk drawer and have one bar a day, but I haven't had any in a while.

Oh, wait -- I do have some Myoplex protein shake mix packets in my desk.   :D

I always try to watch what I eat and to eat "healthy", at least to a certain extent.  However, I do keep a "Stash" of junk food in my desk drawer at work for those times when I need a pick-me-up or to just relieve stress.  As of this morning I have 1 Ding-Dong, a package of Oreo cookies, a Twix candy bar, a peanut butter cookie, and some Hershey's Kisses.  Not too heathy sounding I know...

So what's in your "Stash"??

SlyKC; ----  Didn't you jsut have heart surgery ?!?!?!  shame, shame ! !   Seriously; get some healthy things into that stash; "hiker mix" from the health food store, maybe?    Instead of hershey kisses; maybe try some of that  super high percentage chocholat for your chocholat fix.  (it can be pretty intensense; way too bitter for my taste ...  ) ...   I mean; it doesn't sound like you are tempting fate to the extent that lots of other people do (unless you're eating hamburgers and downing shots every day); but junk food can be an insideous thing ...

Ok, John, You caught me. But I do limit my intake to one per day and try not to spluge and eat the whole box.  So this stuff can stay in my desk for awhile before if it gone.  My motto is "Everything in moderation".  LOL

I always pack in my lunch box granola or some kind of cereal/fruit bar.  Good stuff like that can fit in a shirt pocket.  I keep several water bottles 1/3 full of ice in the freezer.  I fill them at the water cooler, and I'm good for awhile.  I give in and have 1 or 2 Mountain Dews a week.  Tempation is a real SOB! :-[

For a long time I always kept a bottle of Jagermeister or a decent bourbon in my desk, but I found that we celebrated friday a little too early in the day so I stopped that habit.

We keep a huge barrel of pretzels in the office though, which is good for a quick snack.

It's when you celebrate a bit too early in the week you need to worry.
