My wife and I are considering trading my truck in for a 2000 4 runner (my truck is single cab) so with having a little one, we both want 2 vehicles that can handle all 3 of us at once incase of possible auto problems, only thing is the 4-runner has 114k miles on it and their asking $10288 for it. I know toyota's are good for a lot of miles. my main question is about how many miles (if taken care of regurlary) can 4 runners go for and does the asking price reasonable to you guys ?

Thanks for all advice in advance.

I've owned 2 4Runners - 2001 and 2004.  Both performed really well, in that I didn't have any problems (break-downs) at all.   I leased both of them and only got up to about 50K miles so I'm not sure how they do at the higher miles.  But, the build quality is very good so I would expect them to hold up well.

Mel, Andrew,

Thanks for the advice, I sent a Message to Schro for his advice. The wife and I might go up tomorrow to look at it since their wouldnt be any salesman there to bother us.
