WHEN was the last time U used or owned a PAGER?

hello fellow chrome domes:  remember PAGERS back in the 90's?  i just wanted 2 know if U still own one & when was the last time U used a pager?  i'll start:  the last time i owned a pager was in the late 90's.  the last time i used a pager was at work last monday.  at my local hospital... every nurse on the floor is required 2 wear a pager.

so... how 'bout U?  when was the last time U either owned or used a pager?  what's your story?

10 years at least.  I had a job that required I wear one.  Hated it.  Felt like a drug dealer.

I actually just threw mine away 2 week ago, after letting the service lapse end of last year.  I left  that number on my business answering message as opposed to my cell.  Now I just check my messages.  I suppose the next time I'm trying to land a contract I will end up leaving my cell number on the machine.

Almost every day.  Moto Minitor 5, its how our ambulance personnel are dispatched.  I even carry it when I'm off duty usually.
