Before I went sly I had a LOT of hair. So I guess my favorite look would have to be the long haired look (and if you have short hair, the slicked back look of course!)
I read the news today, oh boy. 4,000 holes in Blackburn, Lancashire. Vandalism much?

Much better totally bald young bro!

Yet again, proof ...for long haired dudes the only thing that compares to the edge long hair gives a dude...

is to shave it off completely BALD!

There is no question about it -- you look much better without all that hair

Back in the day I used to totally have the super gelled spiked out hair. And it worked for me for a while. Funny thing is, even after I stopped using the gel, it stood up ALL the time. But that was back in high school, like wow, 6 or 7 years ago. Since it started going into retreat I've gotten shorter and shorter until I adopted the scorched earth policy.

I always wanted to have a flattop, but by the time I got up the nerve to give it a try, there wasn't enough hair left to pull it off.  :(

I always wanted to wear a flattop as well but didn't have enough "top" to flatten. I sported a high and tight, which eventually became a bald fade on the sides and about a 1/2-inch on top. Man, I thought that was the equivalent to shaving my head....I was so mistaken.

...until I saw the light and went 100% slick sly bald thanks to the encouragement from you guys. That was over a year ago and there's no going back for me.

When I was a kid, I always had a flat top during the summers. ...Tried to do in my 40's but just didn't have enough hair to do it.....

Pre sly, I guess my favorite haircut was a crewcut.  When I was young, my dad wouldn't let me have long hair.  Eventually my stepmother convinced my dad to let me grow my hair longer.  Initially, I had a white man's afro.  I didn't even need to perm my hair.  All I needed to do was use a pick.  When I got tired of that, I kept my hair at a moderate length.  But at the same time, I started growing a beard.  I had a moustache but I always wanted a beard.  So since that is hair, is it a hairstyle?  Other than my sly head, I love my beard.  But I do need to admit that about 1990 I had a short mullett.  The hair was long in the back, but not long like Red's mullett picture!

Dang. I must be the only person here who thinks the mullet looks cool. At least, I think it looks cool on certain people (i.e. people who don't enjoy the taste of straw and work with a shirt on)
