I think TeenThatShaves is just asking where he can buy a headblade. The HB website has online sales.
You can also buy HB at (some) Walgreens, SaveMart, CVS, and (I believe) WalMart.

Teen,
The key to shaving with the HeadBlade is keeping the back (either the wheels on the Sport edition or the little plastic nub on the Classic) of the HeadBlade in contact with your head. As long as you do that, the blade angle is set to give you an awesome shave. Also, there's no need to apply any additional pressure with your hand. Just glide it over your head and you're good to go.

It sounds like everyone has a different style of shaving with the HB (back to front. front to back). Just apply trial & error and find out what works for you.
