Astringents - Europeans & Brits, Help Me Out
« on: August 04, 2008, 07:24:51 AM »
I'm trying to recommend an astringent to jumissa.fi who lives in Finland, but I don't know any European brands.  Please post some suggestions for astringents available in Europe.  We're having a bit of a language problem getting astringent from English to Finnish.

Thanks,

Red

I don’t know the Finnish word for astringent either but how about this. Don’t try to find the translation but explain to jumissa what an astringent does (constrict tissue, stop blood flow, ...). He can take that information to a Finnish pharmacy and they’ll know what he wants and what it’s called. They can recommend a good local brand too.
