'Retro' games...
« on: August 04, 2008, 04:00:32 AM »
On the odd occasion I like to get out some old games and give them a go.. I still have all the old tomb raider games for the PSone. Although the graphics are pretty laughable and the game seems quite 'slow' in comparison to what they are now, they still play really well.

I can also remember playing games on the commodore 64 - manic miner, boulderdash, Ecco the dolphin :) not to mention the Atari  :D
does anyone else ever play 'old' games?
What games do you remember playing when you were younger?

When I read retro, my mind immediately went to the sort of games NOT played on a computer.

I still have my Sega Genesis and a few games... I rarely play with it anymore though.

I recently got a game disk for my PS2 (that is retro now I guess..) that has alot of old arcade games on it... Pac Man, Dig Dug, Pole Position, Galga, Galaxian... its great!
