If any of you are looking for career advice, here's a blog that I found that has some great advice.  http://decker.typepad.com/welcome/

I recommend reading the book "Now Discover Your Strengths" by Marcus Buckingham

People are not limited by the circumstance that they are born in. They are limited by the size of their dreams. Show them that their dreams can have no limits and in turn their accomplishments can be limitless.

That's cool, Tyler....

you look after us, man

I'm afraid to read something like that at my age....

I'd be like, "Holy S***t, what have I been doing, man?" 8)

Nahhh....I've heard good things about that book.

BTW....don't ever think that where you are right now is where you're going to be forever....

I'm 44, and still not sure what I'll be when I grow up.....sometimes I get scared and think that's a bad thing.

But then I realize that with God....the future is my friend...and I go ***sigh*** , RIGHT!!!

More like, for me, "Holy S***t, what have I been doing wrong, man?"
"Far better it is to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checkered by failure, than to take rank with those who neither enjoy much nor suffer much, because they live in the gray twilight that knows not victory nor defeat." - Theodore Roosevelt
