Going completely "Sly" by Friday... will post some pictures.  Thanks for all the encouragement and dude am I glad I came across this forum and became a member.

Mr. Sly Chef... so, what's your speciality???  I'm a classically trained Chef myself ( which doesn't mean sh@t if you haven't put in the work), you know what I mean???.  I did catering for over 15 years.  I was lucky enough to work the Golden Globes and Academy Awards for several years.  I did private cooking for a few years.  I gave it up after 911.. things got pretty bad for awhile in our industry.... I now teach special education in the college level and lovin' it!!!  Still do some cooking with my students and hoping to start some new projects with students transitioning from high school into post secondary work programs.
