Just sly in Texas
« on: July 21, 2008, 02:47:45 PM »
Been clipper cutting for years and finally decided to embrace my melon. Bit the bullet about a week ago and am loving it so far. Wife is getting used to it and I haven't seen any family or friends yet, wondering what the reactions will be like. Hopefully I won't get too much grief because I love it and think i'll keep it shaved.

Gee, how would you have guessed? ;)

Though his profile says "east" Texas. Could he be a Horns fan in Aggie territory?

I'm semi retired and work from home so no co-workers to worry about.  And thanks for the warm welcomes.

I think J was telling me he is in Austin.   I'm in Tyler, about 90 miles east of Dallas. And yes i'm a Longhorn fan. Cut me and i bleed burnt orange (even have the correct colored facial hair)  >:D

Welcome aboard!  I don't think you're going to get many negative reactions, especially since you've already been buzzing it and your hair is pretty light anyways.
People are not limited by the circumstance that they are born in. They are limited by the size of their dreams. Show them that their dreams can have no limits and in turn their accomplishments can be limitless.
