It's a new razor design
Keep in mind, I'm the type who scoured the internet looking for a 'classic' metal Atra handle lol. I find stuff like this cool, I guess. -

From what I read the ergonomics are good but the blade is supposed to be phenomenal.

I quite fancy trying one out. I'll see if I can get one locally as my Xtreme 3 disposables are nearly all gone.
Shame there isn't a road show locally or at a convenient time as it would be nice to grab some freebies.

I might see you there i am only 30 mins from there, either that or Meadowhell!! I heard an interview on 5 live about this last night when i was getting ready for bed, i wonder if it is really as good as the guy said it was going to be? The other interesting thing is that the blades are going to be cheaper than the gillette equivalent. Is it available in supermarkets yet?
