Chickend Out
« on: July 09, 2008, 08:21:16 PM »
Well I just couldn't make myself do it.  I came across the Headblade Sport for $12.99 at a local Rite Aid pharmacy here where I live and I chickened out.  The more and more I thought about it I decided right now to stick with my Mach 3, but I did snag up some Head Wipes for $7.99 a dollar less than the HB site. O0  I may go back in a couple days and buy it but like I said before I haven't quite decided if I'm up to trying it again.  Decisions, Decisions, Decisions!!! :-\

I have never used a HeadBlade either.  iam comfortable with my Mach3 and the Fusion.  I hear it's great, but I'm a creature of habit.

If you're happy with what you have, stick with it.  The headblade works great for some, but for alot of us, it's just too temperamental and results in alot of nicks and cuts.  I say, "If it ain't broke....don't try to fix it".  Just my 2 cents.

I will say that if you do try the HB, use triple blades not double. Mine shaves very nicely with the triples, but cut me like crazy with doubles.

Me too.  Never have used the HeadBlade.  First shaved with a FUSION, never looked back  O0

I use a headblade, I love it and I get a great shave much quicker than using a standard style razor.

But hey, to each his own, if you like what you got going on, why change it.

Headblade triples are very nice. I have experimented with all sorts of options, and I like them the best. Very smooth and only a little irritation on the nape of my neck.

$12.99+tax, for crying out loud, Jesse James used a gun!  :Xo!  I bought one, used it once, and paid too much at about $7.50.

If your Mach III works, remember what Lucille Ball said when they asked her why she never changed the format of her TV show, "Don't F**K with success!" ;D ;D ;D

My fear with the HeadBlade is that my head isn't exactly round.  It's more like a modified square, if that makes any sense.  lol

I'm afraid it'll cut me up.  Anybody else have a square head?
