lol, I'm glad someone stepped in before I did  :D

I dont get it either.. I kinda thought the lickers and the minors are round the wrong way..
yet still it wouldn't make sense!  :/O

I cant believe Im going to explain this point for point, but, here we go.

The usual term is, we cant sell Liquour to Minors.

Lesbians are somtimes called Lickers because...well, use your imagination.

The lesbian walks into the Brothel and asks for a young girl...IE, under 18.

The guy says "we don't sell Minors to Lickers".

I'm glad I didn't have to 'splain it, Lucy. It's not the greatest of jokes but basically it's a play on words.
