my family's reaction
« on: June 30, 2008, 04:05:41 AM »
I'm not close (by location) to my family, but I am very close (by heart) to them.  By family, I mean my Father, mother, two sisters, and 3 nephews.

here are their reactions:

Father:  none yet, but looking forward to it

Mother:  said, "what now?  what is he going to do for a job?  Is he going to be a bouncer?"

Older sister:  told me, "at least shave that "prison pu**y" off your face" (she works in law enforcement-- Fed Prob Officer)

Younger sister:  is "on to me", and convinced my photo's are "photoshopped"

my 3 nephews:  2 youngest (7-8) don't know what to think, the oldest (10) said, "all he needs now is a black t-shirt with no sleaves, tight jeans, and black boots (like a neo-nazi, lmao)

------

Just curious if anyone else had some reactions worth mentioning.

It has been a year and a half of being sly and my parents have never really commented on my being sly.  Don't know if it is due to having worn shaved high and tights for 20 years in the Marine Corps, or if they are ignoring it and hoping that it will just grow back.     In fact, no one in the family has really commented except my youngest sister who couldn't understand why I would shave it and keep it that way.   But the key is that so long as YOU like it, that is all that really matters, right?
