I recently got hooked on winemaking.  I am not much of a fan of grape wine and am looking for ideas or recipes for wines that use natural plants and stuff, such as dandelion and lilac.

If anybody has any recipes that they are willing to share or places that i could obtain some recipes that would be most appreciated.
