A belated welcome to you hammerdrill, good to have you join us.

Congrats on deciding to shave the noggin', and it doesn't matter what age you shave it, as long as you like it. We both have that in common, I first shaved at 44 myself and I am almost at my first year sly.

It is a great feeling when you finally do it, I call that "slydom".

Keep it smooth and shiny bro!.    O0

Thanks again...still dealing with the initial problem with head bumps on the sides but they are much less today. Man..St. Ives is some great stuff.
Our country demands all our strength, all our energies. To resist the powerful combination now forming against us will require every man at his place. If victorious we will have everything to hope for in the future. If defeated, nothing will be left for us to live for.

Hey TimmJ...just shaved for the first time last weekend...

As for Nascar what really facinates me  is the pit crews. Kind of like quarterbacks. I dont care how good a QB is...he isn't anything without the team

Welcomings from another Sly Newb!  :)

Seems to me the Nascar (and Indy) crews work far too hard for what they need to accomplish.  Look at F1: overhead air hose trays so both side of the car can be worked on simultaneously, eliminating the need for guys to scramble around the car, lugging jacks and wrenches, tossing quality tools like they're junk.  'Sides, half of the pit crews look like they could use a change from the heart attack that is a pit stop!  LOL

I've always been more of a road-course fan.  Very happy now, for instance, that Indy is starting back into the road courses (though my DVR missed recording Watkins Glen last weekend).  F1 is my main interest and I've even gotten the wife into it.
