Only once a month? Heck I have one and use it at least once a week. Every day if I am getting some time in at the beach. Eventually the lower back gets used to it. Takes awhile though.
If you want to save some money on one wait for those annoying 20% off cards Bed, Bath, and Beyond always send out. Then get one from there.
