Unless it's raining (not an issue during summer in Central Texas), I'm on my bike (45mpg baby!), so I'm usually in motorcycle boots of some sort.

At home, barefoot.

I love the Red Wings. Great boots and are holding up great. I personally wouldn't go within anything shorter than the 11-inchers shown here. -
