WHAT footwear do U use at work & off work?

hello fellow chrome domes:  i remember discussing this topic last summer & we had some good responses 2 it.  i thought it would B kool 2 recycle it.  so... what footwear do U wear at work and off work?  i'll start:  at work... i wear my white k-swiss or nikes.  k-swiss R my favorites since high school.  away from work... i luv wearing sandals during the summer.

so... how 'bout U?  what is your choice of footwear?  what's your story?

Well for work, I work in a corporate environment, so I have dress shoes. Some brown Florsheims (spelling?) and some black Kenneth Coles.

But off work, its all NIKE for me.

I'm very lucky that I work in a very casual environment (shorts, short sleeve button down shirt, etc) so I can get away with wearing Flip Flops and Sandals which is also what I wear when I'm not at work. In the Summer of course.

Dress shoes at work.  New Balance running shoes, flip flops or barefooted at all other times.

I wear Skechers that sort of look like low top motorcycle boots at work. Away from work... tennis shoes, sandals...... or on a good day... GOLF SHOES!

On duty I wear Magnum Stealth boots, issued so it's nice, and I'll also wear them on my days off in the winter cause they are warm and great for snow and ice.  Summertime I go with the 'skater' shoes cause I've got a wide food and they are the most comfortable.

Black dress shoes with suit/tie at work.

Off work:  flip flops, baby ... tennies when necessary.

Oh, I have been known to wear dress shoes on occasion.

I am pretty picky about shoes.

I used to wear skate shoes exclusivly but they just got to damn puffy, like wearing sleeping bags on my feet...

Now I pretty much wear these;


or these



These for workin out;


These are my dress casual shoes in black.


Flip Flops almost exclusively in summer they have to be Reefs;


Bowling;


Golf


So there ya go, a little introspective into my footwear.

Nike's at the hospital, Causal shoes to church and when I meet customers for my business - other than that it is flip-flops all the way.  Even in winter.

I have many pairs of flipflops.  I have a pair of cheap rubber ones I wear when I clean out the pool(no matter how hard you try, you WILL get wet) another rubber pair in the RV for those campground showers, leather ones, fabric ones, ones with a bottle opener built into the bottom(beer, you know)   etc.......

My wife calls me the shoe 'ho
