I always eat breakfast. Egg whites every morning with either:1. Canadian bacon and a whole wheat English muffin2. 2 slices of whole-wheat toast3. oatmeal
Razor... eggs and oatmeal sounds disgusting!

If you skip breakfast due to time, you should try having a breakfast shake in the morning. Ice8 oz Non-fat MilkTBSP Non-fat yogurt2 scoops Chocolate Whey ProteinTBSP of Peanut Butter or a some sliced up fruit1/2 cup cooked or raw oatmeal.It takes about 3 min to make and you can drink it on your way to work and get your metabolism going.
