Gym sins
Timmay:
why cant they behave? because they think that since they are in a gym they think they are mr macho or something. Bunch of meatheads..thats why I dont go. WHo cares how much weight you can lift...doesnt take much for me to lift my middle finger and direct it to you.

My pet peeves:
1. People who don't put the weights back on the rack when they're finished...especially the muscle-heads who put too many weights on the bar in the first place...then just leave them there.
2. People who sit on the machines and talk...knowing that others are waiting to use the equipment.
3. People who don't have the courtesy to wipe their sweat off the benches.

I didnt know u were a Florida guy Baldy 46! BTW-I hate when people fill up theire water bottles at the water fountain when, between sets, u try to get one damned sip.

I should have made the water bottle thing my 4th pet peeve. You're right. I hate that...especially when people have those big bottles that take two minutes to fill. It's incredible how inconsiderate people are.
We moved to Florida from Cleveland almost two years ago. My wife grew up in Miami. She loves being back...and I love living here. It's paradise, bro!

The 24 Hour Fitness I go to has an upper level for the cardio equipment that over looks the workout main floor and I have to do at least an hour of cardio.
Watching the "posers" who do a few reps then stand looking around the gym to see who's watching them cracks me up.
My other favorite group are the "young ladies", usually still plump with baby fat and all of 18-19 years old, who have all the gym attire, water bottle and towel... they make their way to all the equipment making faint attempts at "looking like they're really working out" all the time looking around the gym, much like the "posers", to see who's checking them out!
It's like hanging out in a pick-up bar I tell ya! :*))
