Yeah !!!

If you're like me ... yer in a ZONE....no cell phone (I leave mine in the car)....no socializing (or as little as you can get away with).

What a lot of people don't realize is that sitting around for extended periods of time between sets DRASTICALLY REDUCES the intensity of a workout.  And I'm not even talking about circuit training where the cardio aspect is key.

Those who've done Bill Phillips' program (Body4Life) -- just to mention one -- know that to maintain a productive intensitiy, you need to limit your resting time to 60 seconds between sets and 2 minutes when switching to a new exercise/muscle group.

Some of these clowns do a set....sit around and flap their jaw for 5 or 10 minutes.....do another set....jibber jabber for another 5 or 10 minutes....etc...
