Most underrated side dish ever.  It's amazing with chicken and pork chops.  Hell, it's good with everything!

I have a friend who takes a slice of bread....puts cottage cheese on top then smothers it with applesauce.  Makes me about puke everytime he sits down to eat it.

Have you ever tried putting a marshmallow and a piece of american cheese on a hamburger bun and putting it in the microwave for 10 second?  I tell you what it is one of the most amazing things I have ever eaten.
