Attention: All you guys with oily scalps

I noticed how the Banana Boat sunscreen with Dri-Block kept my scalp feeling really dry and fresh. So today I decided to just put some on, even though I was not out it in the sun. It kept my scalp from feeling oily all day. This is a really great benefit for all of us with oily scalps. So all you guys that suffer with oily scalps, you might want to give this a try.

Great info Rick, thanks. Question though, does it remove the shine? Don't mind not feeling oily but don't want to do anythng to reduce the old dome glare.

I got the Dry Lotion. I have not tried the spray.
I bought mine at Wal-Mart for $6 - $7. It is a 30 SPF. It does reduce the shine a bit. But for me, I prefer the muted "matte" look. And the clean and dry feeling can't be beat.

Funny you posted this Rick. Yesterday while I was helping my son tie his shoe, he was rubbing his hands over the dome. He said daddy, you got soap on your head. Told him no, it's just oily.

Great find, it's the first sun block I've found that #1 doesn't sting, and #2 doesn't feel oily, in fact as SLYinKC said, it keeps the crowning glory smooth, soft and dry. I like a shine, but I'll give up a little shine rather than have the oily head. Thanks for the tip

Wow thanks Rick. I have been using Aveeno and it seems to be oily. This may be right up my alley!

Thanks for the recommendation. I picked some up last week and love it, no more oily feel.

As an oily skin type myself, I tried this first thing. I can honestly say that it works wonderfully for about half the day! Cuts back on the shine, dries out the oil, and is a good SPF. I'm lovin' it!
