I dated a bartender or two years ago. remember, they are constantly being hit on. I found out that if you're a regular, just chat them up for a while first. Be patient. Chances are she may even drop a not so subtle hint when the time is right...

Yeah that is definitely a good point. I will definitely approach with caution, I don't want to appear like another typical drunk dude hitting on her. I'll take Mikekoz13 approach and keep talking to her and see if she drops any hints.

Right on, Tyler. Actually, I'm a bit worried. Last time I popped in, she wasn't working, and a new girl was there. I'm praying she just had the night off and isn't gone

Similar thing for me is happening right now.  A good friend of mine works as bartender at this place that has everything, arcade, pool hall, bowling alley, bar, lounge and restaurant.  A while back I was there like usual chilling at the bar shooting the sh*t with my buddy and this girl sits down beside me and just chimes in on the conversation then my pal introduces us and says she's a new waitress in the restaurant.  So anyway, we get to chatting and I just throw out some subtle hints and the whole thing that the rest of the guys said on here.

Then I don't see her for a while cause I had been working a lot of overtime and when I had gone in for a few pints she wasn't around.  So then one day I get home and see a message on Facebook asking where I've been cause she hasn't seen me in a while.  Yeah, SHE came looking for me through my pals friends list.  We talk quite a bit now and we've been out a few times. 

So anyway BlackJamesRackham, just give it time, keep going back to the bar, and if you don't see her for a bit, just throw out the question to one of the other regular bartenders there asking where she is.  Who knows, maybe she just took some time off or got a job at another bar.  Just keep your hopes up bro, things always work out as they're supposed to.
