If I lie awake in bed for too long and it gets past a certain hour, I begin to get frustrated and then there's no hope of getting to sleep. I usually try to get up and read a little, watch TV or surf the net -- for about 20 minutes or so. Sometimes a cup of hot decaffeinated tea helps.
I know what you're going through, and it's no fun. Hope you can get some rest soon.
getting up, watch TV or surf the net is also what i do and i hate to get that feeling having no hope to find some sleep.

after this sleepless night, i didn't heared my alarm clock, though this thing is yelling for an hour or so. i was 2 hours late before i got into my office. i hate that. i was so unfocused during the whole day.
