Headblade's Headwash.How is it??
« on: May 27, 2008, 07:39:21 PM »
After a completely glorious shopping experience over the last month,i finally have purchased most of the Headblade products with a Bald Guyz gel too. One product i have not tried as yet is the Headwash. I ran across a Rite Aid that actually stocked it but wanted input before forking over $9 for a bottle. How well does it work for you and how does that apple and cucumber smell work for you?  :D

So what do you think??

I haven't tried the headwash just yet, but I do use headslick with my headblade.  But i recently have been using bald guyz shave gel as well, and I picked up the bald guyz shampoo & wash for $6.99 in my local drug store.  A pretty good product, and it feels nice after a shower.  But I am curious to try the headwash.  I hear it is pretty good.

As of now,i have Headblade:Headslick,Clearhead,HeadShed,Headlube(matte and glossy),the Headblade Sport and the delightful black travel bag to carry them in. Add the sunscreen spray and the Bald Guyz moisture gel and i'm set.But then again i'm always up to try something new.
Still, the best shave so far has been from the Shave Secret oil that has been mentioned here before. What a great product! Yet,i notice that my local Wally World (Walmart) stores have been out quite often(someone is buying them! )
so when i found some yesterday i snapped up a couple of tubes.

It is a very pleasant smell, but in terms of working well as a cleanser I dont think it is anything special.

I was taking a small short vacation at the Oregon coast this last week and the Rite Aid there was selling Headwash. So i decided to try it out and review it.
Like Nick has reported, nothing special. It does indeed smell nice and while i like having another Headblade bottle gracing my home,i won't spend $8 for it again. No offense to headblade.I just don't see how it does anything more than a traditional shampoo or cleanser at $2.
Just my personal opinion mind you.

I love Headwash. Great smell (apples/cucumbers) and it doesn't irritate my head after a shave. Highly recommened!  O0
