I shaved friday night and now again sunday morning. But I have a couple of nicks now which I haven't had on friday. Also my head hurts a little bit because the skin is really irritated.
I am going to keep on shaving but maybe only twice a week.
I love the smooth look (shaving against the grain) but if the skin on my head hurts a littlee bit every day or every other day might me too much.
Do you guys think that it is normal that the skin hurts a little bit when shaving after 2 days again? What should I do? Keep on shaving ... maybe every day to get the head get used to be shaven? Or should I just shave twice a week?

It'll take a little while for your skin to get used to shaving... Even after almost 3 years, I can't shave more than every other day with certain exceptions.
If I do have to shave every day, I find that shaving oil works best!

I echo what Rob said. But, also remember to try to minimize the pressure you put on the blade. This much be the reason for some of the irritation and nicks.

Daily as well. In the last week or so i've gotten somewhat into a routine of once when I wake up and once around 9/10 pm. But that depends on how quickly the stubble returns and my own feelings that day.

I would say the most often I shave is every 36 hours (morning then the following night...then 36 hours later in the morning).
The main goal there is to allow the wallet-draining Fusions to last.

I shave daily also. Sometimes, not often I will go two days and three days is very rare.
Rob, pick up a can of Remington's Shaver Saver from Wal-Mart and spray a little of that onto your Fusion cartridge after use. Be sure to shake all the water out and dry the blades first. It will greatly increase the life of your blade. I get 14 to 21 shaves with a single Fusion cartridge. The Shaver Saver is for electric shavers but it works well on regular blades as well.

You're quite welcome. Let us know how it works for you. Remember though, I only shave my head and not my face with the Fusion so if you shave both, your mileage will probably vary.

I use the fusion and head blade and it gets a very close shave. The fusion is great for those rough spots and if you have facial hair it gets really good lines on the goatee.
Thanks keep it sly
