Head blade...I finally bought one
« on: May 07, 2008, 11:41:21 AM »
I've been kinda avoiding the headblade. It always sounded like a gimmick to me and a good way to slice open your scalp. Boy was I wrong.

After taking over a hour to shave my head with a xtreme 3 razor one night I finally broke down and bought a headblade sport..

It took about 10 minutes and was the closest shave I've ever gotten on my head. The head slick sample they included worked pretty well and I've gotten 3 shaves out of it.

The headblade shaves so close I actually don't have to shave my head as much as before unless I just want it perfectly smooth. So if I wanna be lazy and not shave my head for a few days I can without having a fuzzy looking head. Haha. ''

That's great Dan.  Headblade convert here too.  When it works, it works well.  More fun to be sly when it takes less time.

Dan-

I'm a HB user also...... a container of the HeadSlick will last for months. I received my first bottle of HeadSlick as a Christmas present and it is just now about empty. It lasted four months and I shave everyday first with the grain and then re-lube and go against the grain.

Great stuff............

I agree with you.  The HB is awesome.

I've been wondering myself if the HB is worth the coin...

Sounds like everyone likes it...

Might just have to break down and get one myself!

Glad it worked for you!

I find my HB is getting used less and less. I started out great with it but it seems every time I try to use it I keep cutting myself up.

Yep, another HeadBlader here also.
